Lots of work to just get one instruction to run! Which makes everything REALLY slow - you are running an x86 WIndows API simulator under a processor emulator. Wine won't run native X86 apps on the Pi, it needs processor emulations as well, so you need to run Wine under QEMU or similar. You will need a x86 based machine with windows. I don't think this method will be usefull (wine package) for your target. I think that you will need GUI (graphic unit interface or in short desktop environment) for it. Luckily there is way to run some apps, the package is called wine and its some kind of emulator under linux kernel.

Like the others above said, Raspberry is ARM based CPU, and windows 10 desktop is x86 architecture. What kind of windows binary (.exe) you are trying to run? It depends what are you trying to do. exe files ( Msetup in this instance) on a Pi4 ? I'm still trying to get away from Windows 10 !īearing in mind I'm no Einstein, is there an easy way to run.
